If you need help with an existing Freedom Gum subscription or charge, email us from the address associated with your purchase. Include your order number and the change you’re requesting.

Request cancellation before your next scheduled charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. If you cannot access an online portal, email support.
