Effective date: October 26, 2026
These terms apply to freedomgum.com and purchases of Freedom Gum from Carbogenetics, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Online ordering and new subscriptions are not open on this website yet. These policies describe our purchase and customer-care terms.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
Products, prices, and orders
Product descriptions and the offer you select identify the items, quantity, and purchase type. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before payment. A one-time bundle does not automatically renew.
Adding an item to a cart does not place an order. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or a delivery restriction. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund the amount charged for the canceled items.
We may update prices and available offers for future purchases. We will not charge a corrected or increased amount for an existing order without your agreement.
Payments
Online checkout is not open on this website yet. When purchases become available, the payment methods, processor, and total amount will be shown before you submit an order. A subscription also requires agreement to its recurring charges. Do not send payment card details by email.
Keep your payment information current. If a recurring payment fails, payment retries may occur and shipments may be suspended until payment succeeds. We do not treat a failed payment as a request to cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
Subscriptions are not available to purchase on this website yet. When offered, the supply, quantity, price, recurring billing interval, and any applicable taxes or shipping will be disclosed before you agree to subscribe. No subscription is created by viewing products or preparing a support email.
Your subscription renews automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. The first payment is due at purchase; later payments follow the billing schedule shown in your subscription details. Promotional terms, if offered, identify the duration and the price that applies afterward.
Cancel before your next scheduled charge to stop future renewals. Use the Manage subscription page or email cs@carbogenetics.com from the address associated with your order. If the online portal is unavailable or you cannot access it, email us for cancellation assistance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not itself refund an order already charged; the return and refund policy applies to that order.
We notify subscribers before changing their recurring price or other material billing terms and provide an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect. We obtain additional consent when required.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Available delivery destinations, shipping charges, and delivery estimates are shown before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Contact us if a shipment is missing, damaged, or incorrect. If we cannot fulfill an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide the choices required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
Freedom Gum is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days after delivery to request a refund. The guarantee includes opened packs. We refund the purchase price of the returned products and the taxes paid on those products. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide instructions. This guarantee does not limit any additional rights you have under applicable law.
Email cs@carbogenetics.com with your order number and the issue before sending a return. We will provide the appropriate instructions and return address. Do not return items to a payment-provider address. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when the credit appears. Canceling a subscription and returning a shipment are separate requests.
Product use
Read the product label and our How to Use page before chewing Freedom Gum. Use it only as directed. Freedom Gum contains egg. It complements brushing, flossing, and regular dental care; it does not replace them. Information on this website is general educational information and does not replace individualized care from a qualified health professional.
Website use and intellectual property
You may browse and use this website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or copy and commercially exploit our content without permission. Brand names, artwork, photographs, and written content belong to their respective owners.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods. We do not limit your right to raise a payment dispute or contact a consumer protection authority.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. This does not exclude liability that the law requires us to accept.
Changes and contact
The terms shown when you place an order govern that purchase. Updated terms apply to later use or purchases, subject to the subscription-change provisions above. We display the revision date at the top of this page.
For orders, billing, cancellation, returns, or questions about these terms, contact Carbogenetics, Inc., operator of Freedom Gum, at cs@carbogenetics.com.
