Information you provide includes your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, order selections, and messages you send to our team. Please do not include payment card numbers or sensitive medical information in support messages.

Online payment and subscription processing are not currently available on this website. We do not collect payment card details here. Please do not send card numbers or security codes in a support message.

Our hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to operate and protect the website, respond to questions, provide customer support, handle requests, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Newsletter signup is not active and entering an email in the signup field does not subscribe you. If promotional emails become available, we will ask you to opt in and provide an unsubscribe option. Service communications are separate from marketing preferences.

Service providers and other disclosures

We share the information needed to perform their services with payment processors, website hosting and security providers, order and shipping providers, and customer-support and email-service providers. Support software may help categorize messages and prepare responses.

This website is published through OpenAI Sites. Its hosting and security infrastructure processes technical information needed to serve and protect the website. Payment services will be identified when checkout becomes available.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, prevent fraud, or protect customers and our business. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Shopping with Freedom Gum does not automatically enroll you in marketing for another Carbogenetics brand.

Cookies and browser storage

The support form prepares a message locally in your browser. It does not send your form details to our server or save them in browser storage. Choosing Open email app passes the prepared message to your configured email application; you must send it there. If you copy the message, it is placed on your device clipboard. We receive your information when you send us an email.

Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used by our hosting and security providers to operate their services and prevent abuse. The Freedom Gum website does not currently load advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Browser controls can restrict cookies and storage, although doing so may affect some features.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the relevant service and handle accounting, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal requirements. The period depends on the type of record and our obligations. A deletion request may not remove records we must lawfully retain.

We use HTTPS and access controls to help protect information. No online service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy choices

You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about your request.

Send requests to cs@carbogenetics.com with “Freedom Gum privacy” in the subject. Tell us what you are requesting and the email address associated with your interaction. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. We respond within the time required by applicable law and do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children and international processing

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate and address it.

We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, with protections required by applicable law.
