Online ordering and new subscriptions are not open on this website yet. These policies describe our purchase and customer-care terms.
Shipping and delivery
US shipping is free. International shipping is a flat $20 (USD) per shipment, regardless of pack quantity. These rates apply to one-time orders and every subscription delivery. We ship internationally to destinations available at checkout. Estimated delivery timing is shown before you pay. Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after an order is dispatched.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot fulfill your order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where applicable.
30-day money-back guarantee
Try Freedom Gum with our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email cs@carbogenetics.com within 30 days after your delivery to request a refund. Opened packs are eligible.
Include your order number or the email address used for the purchase. Contact us before sending anything back; we will provide the return instructions and address. We refund the purchase price of the returned products and the taxes paid on those products.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
If an item arrives damaged, your order is incorrect, or a shipment has not arrived, contact cs@carbogenetics.com so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Include your order number and, where helpful, a description or photograph of the problem. Your applicable legal rights are not limited by the guarantee period.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We send confirmation when a refund is issued. Your bank or payment provider determines how long the credit takes to appear.
Canceling an order or subscription
For an order cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether fulfillment can be stopped; dispatched orders follow the return process.
To stop subscription renewals, cancel before your next scheduled charge through Manage subscription or by emailing cs@carbogenetics.com. If the online portal is unavailable, email us. Returning an order does not automatically cancel a subscription, and canceling a subscription does not automatically request a refund for an order already charged.
